MYCUP sits in your cup holder and runs from the 12V socket. Press one button to heat or the other to cool — it works by conduction, straight through the base of your cup or can.

What is MYCUP?
MYCUP is a cup holder for your vehicle that can heat or cool your drink. It plugs into the 12V accessory socket, has one button for each mode and a digital temperature display.
How do I use it?
Fit the base, sit MYCUP in your cup holder, plug it into the 12V socket and press the heating or cooling button. Set it before you start driving.
Will it work in my car?
MYCUP runs from a standard 12V vehicle accessory socket (the cigarette-lighter style socket). It's a 12V product, so it isn't made for 24V truck sockets. Cup holders vary in size from car to car, so compare MYCUP's base with your cup holder before ordering. If you're unsure, email us your make and model at Di-j-ti@outlook.com and we'll help you check.
What cups and cans work best?
MYCUP heats and cools by conduction through the base, so flat-bottomed metal cups and cans work fastest. Plastic, paper or glass containers still work, just more slowly.
Can I use it at home or in the office?
The manufacturer lists home and office use, but MYCUP needs a 12V power source with a car-style socket to run. Check you have a suitable 12V power supply before relying on it away from the car.
Will it drain my car battery?
In many vehicles the accessory socket switches off with the ignition. If yours stays live when the engine is off, unplug MYCUP when you park.
What colours are available?

Can I return it?
If your MYCUP arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us at Di-j-ti@outlook.com with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. We don't accept returns for change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Is there a warranty?
MYCUP comes with the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. If it's faulty, email us at Di-j-ti@outlook.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
